Prof. Dr. Lokman Kuzu completed his Electrical and Electronics Engineering education at Middle East Technical University. Following his graduation, he worked on various projects in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Istanbul. He later pursued his master's and doctoral studies at Syracuse University in the United States, supported by the New York Scholarship. After completing his doctorate, he contributed to satellite projects in Toulouse and Cannes, France.
